简介： 又名《野人泰山》，是有声片时代拍摄的第一部泰山片。男主角是奥运游泳健将约翰尼．韦斯穆勒，与莫琳奥沙利文饰演的珍形成英雄美人的配搭，在三十年代曾轰动一时。剧情描述英国女孩珍与父亲及男友一齐前往非洲找寻大象的墓穴。途中，珍碰到危险失声尖叫，被泰山从树丛中摆荡而出，将她救到树顶。从此，珍便情不自禁爱上了泰山。后来，珍等一行人遭野蛮的矮人族俘虏，几乎成为黑猩猩的点心，幸好被泰山率领一群大象前来救出人质。导演W．S．范戴克将无拘无束的原始生活气息表现得颇为令人神往，外景与森林内搭景的配合也几可乱真。由于本片当年在商业上的成功，男女主角一共拍摄了六部泰山电影。

简介： Young couple Madeleine and Neil are coaxed by acquaintance Monsieur Beaumont to get married on his Haitian plantation. Beaumont's motives are purely selfish as he makes every attempt to convince the beautiful young girl to run away with him. For help Beaumont turns to the devious Legendre, a man who runs his mill by mind controlling people he has turned into zombies. After Beaumont uses Legendre's zombie potion on Madeleine, he is dissatisfied with her emotionless being and wants her to be changed back. Legendre has no intention of doing this and he drugs Beaumont as well to add to his zombie collection. Meanwhile, grieving 'widower' Neil is convinced by a local priest that Madeleine may still be alive and he seeks her out.
